At Lyndhurst Rest Home, we welcomed the New Year with a lively and heartwarming afternoon celebration, filled with music, laughter, and joy. The event featured the talented musical duo, Rod & Brad, better known as Holtwood. Their captivating guitar performances, delightful songs, and hilarious comedic antics had everyone singing along and laughing in stitches!
Residents and staff alike joined in the festivities, enjoying a wonderful selection of party food and drinks. Each guest also received a special “Happy New Year” poster as a keepsake to commemorate the occasion.
The celebration concluded on a high note as we all joined hands to sing the timeless classic, Auld Lang Syne. To truly mark the moment, colourful party poppers showered the room with confetti, ushering in the New Year with a burst of cheer and excitement.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who made this event so memorable, from the incredible Holtwood duo to the Lyndhurst staff who ensured everything ran smoothly.
