We had a wonderful and very special afternoon for our Lyndhurst Ladies, in our Pampering Afternoon, where we hosted Make-Over’s and an opportunity for our Ladies to sample new make up samples of lipstick, eye shadow, perfumes and foundation samples, all for trialling and testing out what they liked!
The new mini samples were all ordered from our local AVON representative, which specialise in hypoallergenic & cruelty free cosmetics, and it made for a wonderfully indulgent afternoon for ladies to try their hand at wearing make up once again, and to validate their interests and desires to still want access to make-up and to choose various shades and colours and new products.
Feedback from our afternoon, had comments of “trying out all the new make-up has made me feel confident again”. “I haven’t bothered wearing make-up in years, and this afternoon has made me feel very special”. “It’s so wonderful to be able to have make-up around, and for me to choose the colours that I like”.
“I forgot how much make-up made me feel confident and pretty again”.
Due to the success of our Ladies Pamper Afternoon and Make-up sampling & testing, we will now be hosting our Beauty Workshop on a regular basis.
