Here are a selection of photos taken yesterday on our special celebration to mark the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day Normandy Landings in WW2.
We paid tribute to all the Veterans by hosting a 40’s style Afternoon Tea Party, with singer & Jazz Pianist, Timmy, performing 1940’s songs & classic tunes, that got all our toes tapping.
Our Tea party featured traditional cakes & treats plus a whole variety of drinks. Families of residents also came to support us and join in the fun, and we all had a lovely time.
