Yesterday we hosted our Pumpkin Carving workshop, with some residents choosing to make Jack-o-lantern’s, and some residents focusing on carefully separating out the pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin pulp, in order to prepare the pulp for making & baking delicious Pumpkin Cup Cakes & Pumpkin pie, plus creamy Pumpkin Soup too!
Also when our Jack-O-Lanterns are no longer needed, we will slice them up & take them to local wooded areas and leave out for the local wildlife to enjoy.
So nothing goes to waste.
